Tongariro Releasing is an all-rights film distributor company specializing in LGBTQI+ cinema in Poland for over 13 years. Tongariro releases films in cinemas, Video on Demand and on their own streaming platform OUTfilm.

In 2022 Tongariro founded the OUTfilm Poznań Film Festival to promote new and upcoming LGBTQI+ films in cinema and on the OUTfilm streaming platform. In 2022 Tongariro also started it’s first production with Kamil Krawczycki’s feature debut Elephant which is described as “a family drama plus a beautiful gay romance set in the Polish countryside.
