The new Dutch feature film OUT, starring Robbert Rodenburg, Henry van Loon, and Victor Löw, will have its world premiere on June 25 at the Frameline Film Festival in San Francisco. This announcement was made by the agency ArtistMan on Wednesday May 22nd at the Cannes Film Festival.

OUT tells the story of lovers Tom (Bas Keizer) and Ajani (Jefferson Yaw Frempong-Manson), who yearn for a life beyond their narrow-minded rural community. They decide to move to Amsterdam, where a journey of self-discovery awaits them. Rodenburg plays a friend who introduces the couple to Amsterdam’s nightlife. Van Loon and Löw play professors at the Film Academy.

Frameline is the largest and most prestigious LGBTQ+ festival in the world. The Dutch film El Houb was also previously screened there. OUT, the fiction debut of documentary director Dennis Alink, will be released by film distributor Cinemien. The film will be shown in Dutch and international cinemas starting in October.
