OUTtv Partners with Worried Citizens for Show Up for Humanity LIVE

17-09-2025

OUTtv is proud to support Show Up for Humanity LIVE, a free music festival taking place on 20 September at the Atomium in Brussels. The event is organised by Worried Citizens vzw, a citizen-led collective founded by Eline Goethals, Tijs Delbeke and Elisabeth Van Lierop. Their mission is to bring together people who feel frustrated by inaction, and to demonstrate that ordinary citizens have more influence than they often realise.

Show Up for Humanity LIVE is designed as more than just a music festival. By combining music, solidarity and action, it seeks to create a space where thousands can come together to share ideas, celebrate creativity and strengthen community bonds. The programme features a diverse line-up of artists and speakers, each contributing to a message of inclusion, compassion and shared responsibility for the future.

The festival is supported by a wide network of partners, ranging from cultural organisations to environmental groups and creative agencies. This collaborative approach reflects the central belief of Worried Citizens: that lasting change comes from collective effort.

As part of this collaboration, OUTtv will broadcast Show Up for Humanity LIVE in full across the Netherlands and Belgium. By making the event accessible to a wider audience, OUTtv reinforces its commitment to visibility, community and awareness, offering viewers the chance to experience the performances and discussions live from Brussels.

With Show Up for Humanity LIVE, Worried Citizens and their partners highlight the potential of culture to connect people and inspire action. OUTtv is pleased to play a role in amplifying this initiative and bringing it to households across the region.
